2. Products and Services

We offer a variety of artwork, including original paintings in oil and mixed media. Customers may purchase ready-made artwork directly via the Website or request customized paintings. Custom artwork orders can be made by contacting us via email at [info@martajustica.com].

3. Custom Orders

For custom orders, you are required to:

• Contact us via email to receive a price list.
• Choose the preferred canvas size and other specifications.
• Pay a 30% deposit of the total price in advance to initiate the artwork creation.

After I receive your deposit, I will begin the creation of your custom artwork, with an estimated completion date provided in our initial communication. Once the artwork is completed, we will send you photos and videos for approval. Upon approval, the remaining 70% of the price plus shipping costs (if applicable) must be paid before the artwork is shipped.

4. Payment Terms

• A 30% deposit is required upfront to begin the creation of any custom artwork.
• The remaining 70%, along with shipping costs (if applicable), must be paid upon approval of the completed artwork.
• Payments can be made via [payment methods available, e.g., bank transfer, PayPal, etc.].

5. Shipping and Delivery

• Once the full payment is received, we will proceed with the shipment of your artwork.
• You will be notified when your artwork is dispatched. Shipping is carried out via [CTT or other couriers] and may take up to 3-8 business days.
• The buyer is responsible for the shipping cost, unless otherwise agreed.
• Please note that the risk of loss or damage to the artwork during shipping passes to the buyer once the shipment is handed over to the courier.

6. Risk of Loss and Damage

• Once your order has been shipped, the responsibility for any damage, loss, or issues with the artwork during delivery lies with the customer.
• If your artwork arrives damaged (related to painting technique), please contact us immediately at [info@martajustica.com], providing photos and a description of the damage, so we can arrange a resolution.

7. Custom Artwork Returns and Cancellations

• Custom artwork (personalized orders) is non-refundable and cannot be returned, except in the case of significant damage or defects.
• If you wish to cancel a custom order after the deposit has been paid, you must notify us immediately. We will evaluate each case on an individual basis, but in general, the deposit is non-refundable once work has begun.

8. Intellectual Property

• All artwork created by Marta Justiça remains the intellectual property of the artist, even after purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
• Buyers are granted a limited, non-transferable license to display purchased artwork for personal use only. Commercial use or reproduction of any artwork is prohibited without prior consent from the artist.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. All personal information collected during the ordering process will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). 10. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter amicably through direct communication. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal.
