Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return in accordance with the conditions below.

14 Day Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without having to provide a reason.

To exercise this right, please contact us at info@martajustica.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

After notifying us of your decision to return the item, you must send it back within 14 days.

The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn or unused, with all original tags and packaging where applicable. You are responsible for taking reasonable care of the item while it is in your possession. 

Returns

To request a return, please contact us at info@martajustica.com before sending anything back.

Please do not send your order back without contacting us first, as returns sent without prior notification may not be accepted.

Unless the item is defective, damaged or incorrect, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Please note that we are not responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged during return shipping. We therefore recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping your proof of postage.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you have received the wrong item, please contact us at info@martajustica.com as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of delivery, including your order number and photographs of the issue.

We will assess the situation and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, repair, refund or another suitable solution in accordance with your legal rights.

Non Returnable Items

The right of withdrawal does not apply to certain products, including:

• Custom made or personalised items created specifically for you

• Items that have been altered, used, worn or damaged after delivery

• Any other products that are legally excluded from the right of withdrawal

Sale Items

Sale items are subject to the same statutory consumer rights as full price items. If an item is defective or does not conform to the contract, you retain your legal rights regardless of whether the item was purchased at a reduced price.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different product, colour or size, please return the original item, where eligible, and place a new order separately.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you whether the return has been accepted.

If your return is approved, we will issue the refund to the original payment method.

In accordance with applicable EU consumer law, refunds will generally be made within 14 days of receiving your cancellation request. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have provided evidence that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

The refund will include the standard delivery cost originally paid for the order. Any additional cost resulting from your choice of a more expensive delivery method will not be refunded.

The cost of returning the item is the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective, damaged or incorrect.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund and make the funds available in your account.
